Computational based time-resolved multispectral fluorescence microscopy

Multispectral imaging and time-resolved are two common acquisition schemes in fluorescence microscopy, their combination can be beneficial to increase specificity. The multidimensionality of the dataset (space, time, spectrum) introduces some challenges, such as big datasets long measurement times. In this work, we present a multispectral microscopy system with short achieved by exploiting Compressive Sensing (CS) based on Single-Pixel Camera (SPC) scheme. Data Fusion (DF) high-resolution camera allows us tackle problem low spatial resolution, typical SPC. combined use SPC, CS, DF, which hardware algorithms integrated, represents computational framework reduce number measurements while preserving information content. This approach has been exploited demonstrate zoom feature without moving optical system. We describe characterize terms spatial, spectral, temporal properties, along validation cellular sample.
